How to Transfer Bright MLS & Listings

Step 1 – In Bright MLS, click “Account & Settings” in the top right under your name.

Step 2 – Under the “My Subscription” tab, click Agent Transfer.

Step 3 – The Destination Broker Code is “RADVTG1”

Step 4 – The new office should be “Realty Advantage of Maryland LLC”

Step 5 – (This step only applies if you have Active or Pending Listings)

After you receive an email that your Broker Code Transfer was approved – follow the same steps as above but click “Agent Listing Transfer” instead.
