How to Transfer DC Real Estate License

Step 1 – Log into the DC Real Estate Commission portal.

https://accessdc.dcra.dc.gov/

Step 2 – Click the “My Licenses” tab, and then “Transfer Brokerage Affiliation”.

Step 3 – The New REO (Real Estate Organization) is “REO4000393”

Step 4 – The new brokerage should be “Realty Advantage of DC LLC”
